During the summer your lawn should always be mowed at 3 inches or higher. If you can't tell where 3 inches is at on your mower then you should mow at the highest level possible. If you don't do this your lawn will brown out and be more susceptible to weeds and diseases!
At this time we only paint the interior of houses. We believe that exterior house painting is a profession in itself and leave that for other companies to tackle.

Not at all. Affordable Property Care uses slow-release fertilizers that will not harm your lawn during the heat of summer. In fact, our fertilizers actually help your lawn survive the summer heat stress.
This depends on several factors. If you are looking to have your yard cut an annual contract begins at $19.99 a cut for a small yard. Obviously this cost scales with the size of your lawn. Additional services such as blowing, trimming and edging will inevitably raise the cost some.
A complete site care package, which consists of mowing, trimming, edging, weed removal, fertilization, pruning, fall/winter cleanup and more, is $135.00 a month for a small property. Obviously this price scales with the quantity of landscape areas and size of your property. Commercial property owners and homeowners please feel free to contact us for a free estimate.

Yes. This is very important because if you hire a company that is not insured any accidents that happen on your property may be your responsibility.
